The Problem
The Creative Arts Team had no reliable method for keeping track of project requests or deadlines. Church staff had no consistent way of interacting with the Creative Arts Team and check in on their requests.
Result: Tension and Frustration
The Creative Arts Team was overrun with requests and struggled with prioritization and approvals. Staff didn’t know how or when to follow up on their needs or allot enough time for their projects to be completed.
